I don't know who this is. I was hoping to take fabulous cow faces pictures at the fair. This was the first cow face I saw that day. Turns out when I had the filmed developed, there was an arm in front of the cow face. Otherwise, the cows were in their stalls showing off their rears.

@stopsign - Thank you. I would walk up to the nearby ranches to take photos of the cows, but the cows are black angus steers. Solid black animals are very hard to get a decent photo that shows all of their details. Texas ranchers tend to call them cows, not cattle.
